When you interact with our bots or subscribe to premium services, we store:

We do not collect the content of Discord messages, direct messages, or any activity logs.

b. Subscription and Payment Information

All subscription-related data - including your name, email address, payment method, and billing history - is securely handled by Whop, our official subscription provider. We do not collect or store this information ourselves.

c. Subscription via Whop

When subscribing to our premium services, users are redirected to Whop, which handles all payment and account information. PokeTCG Deals does not receive or store any of this information directly.

When users follow links to third-party platforms (e.g., eBay, social media, payment pages), those services may collect information under their own privacy terms. PokeTCG Deals is not responsible for data collection practices on third-party sites.

PokeTCG Deals collects only the data that is necessary to provide and improve its services. We do not collect data for resale or unrelated marketing purposes.

We collect Discord User IDs and alert preferences so that our bots can match alert filters to the correct user, deliver relevant notifications in real time, and provide support when necessary.

b. Platform Optimization

With user consent, we use tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to understand how users interact with our website, analyze traffic sources, and improve navigation and performance.

c. Marketing and Growth

With consent, analytics and conversion tracking allow us to run remarketing campaigns and build interest-based audiences. We use this data to expand our reach responsibly without targeting individuals directly.

d. Subscription Management

Through our integration with Whop, we manage subscription status and re-engagement. We do not send unsolicited emails or marketing messages directly.

e. Compliance and Safety

a. Delivering Custom Alerts

We use your Discord User ID and alert preferences to match you with your selected filters and send real-time alerts via our bots. This is the foundation of our platform and the primary reason for data retention.

With your consent, we use anonymized tracking data to understand page usage, optimize performance, and measure advertising effectiveness. These insights are used only in aggregate and never linked to individual Discord users.

c. Subscription and Community Engagement

Through our integration with Whop, we may identify users who canceled or never completed checkout and re-engage them through Whop's built-in tools. All outreach complies with Whop's privacy policies.

d. Internal Development & Feature Planning

We may use anonymized, aggregated data to prioritize new features, scale infrastructure, and understand general usage patterns. We do not associate this data with specific users outside of bot functionality.

e. Compliance, Moderation, and Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to review limited data when necessary to troubleshoot issues, investigate abuse, or comply with legal requirements. Access to this data is restricted and used only for platform protection.

PokeTCG Deals does not sell or rent user data. We share information only when necessary to operate our services, fulfill legal obligations, or improve platform functionality.

• Whop – Manages subscriptions, payments, premium access, and automated communication
• Discord – Hosts our community and provides the platform for bot operation and account linking

b. Collaborators and Influencers

We may share aggregated data such as the number of users who signed up via a specific referral link. We never share names, Discord IDs, bot configurations, alert preferences, or subscription history.

c. Discord Moderators and Admin Team

Certain trusted individuals may have limited access to Discord username, role status, and activity logs related to rule enforcement or support requests. They do not have access to alert configurations or payment data.

d. Legal Obligations and Safety

We may disclose user information if legally required to do so - for example, in response to court orders or subpoenas. Such disclosures are extremely rare and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

While we do not collect sensitive data such as names, emails, or payment details directly, we take appropriate steps to protect the limited information we do store - primarily Discord User IDs and bot alert preferences.

All alert configuration data and Discord IDs are stored in a private, cloud-hosted database that is isolated from public access, protected by firewalls and managed access control, and regularly monitored.

b. Access Control

Access to any stored data is strictly limited to the platform owner. Moderators, developers, and partners do not have access to user-level data unless specifically required for technical support and approved by the owner.

c. Infrastructure Security

• Regular, automated backups to mitigate data loss
• System-level role-based access controls

d. Data Retention

We retain user data only as long as it is needed for delivering the service. If a user deletes their alert preferences via bot commands, the data is immediately erased from live systems. We maintain daily backups for platform stability, but these are not used for any other purpose.

We acknowledge and uphold your rights under applicable privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other regional privacy laws.

a. Right to Access

You may request to view the specific data we store about your account, including your alert preferences and Discord ID.

b. Right to Modify or Correct

You may update or adjust your alert preferences at any time directly using our bots.

c. Right to Erasure (“Right to Be Forgotten”)

You may delete your alert settings at any time via the bots, or request full removal of any associated data by contacting an admin through Discord or email.

d. Right to Restrict or Object to Processing

You may contact us if you wish to limit the use of your data (e.g., opting out of certain analytics or bot features).

e. Right to Withdraw Consent

If our use of your data is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time using our cookie banner or by contacting us directly.

PokeTCG Deals retains only the minimum amount of user data required to operate its services - primarily your Discord User ID and alert configurations used by the bots.

a. Retention of Bot-Related Data

Bot configuration data is stored indefinitely unless:

• The user deletes it themselves via the in-server bot commands
• The user requests removal via Discord or email
• Data deletion is required by law

b. Inactive or Canceled Users

If a user cancels their subscription, leaves the Discord server, or becomes inactive, their data is not deleted automatically. It remains stored unless the user explicitly requests deletion.

c. Backups

Daily backups of the database are maintained for reliability and recovery purposes. While we will honor requests to delete user data from our live systems, we do not guarantee deletion from historical backups. These backups are stored securely and not used for any purpose other than platform maintenance.

PokeTCG Deals is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where such age is applicable by law, such as under the GDPR).

a. Age Requirements

• Users must be at least 13 years old to access the Discord server.
• Users must be at least 18 years old, or 16 with verifiable parental consent, to subscribe to premium services through Whop.

b. No Collection of Data from Minors

We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from users under the minimum age requirements. If we become aware of such a situation, we will immediately delete the data and disable the associated account.

c. Parental Involvement
